Still working on the DynaBallot update slash privacy policy issue. I did a little more research and found that there are a number of "generators" out there that can provide a relatively sound privacy policy. From some of the testimonies and some blog posts that I have read they seem to work well. While there are some that are mostly free, they still need to make money. The one that I am planning on going with adds sections for different regions and charges for those sections. Which for a simple site it is free, but for someone that expects traffic from other regions they might need to pay a little more. I still don't like the idea of a privacy policy, though necessary to explain the technologically inept people to understand how their data are being used. On the job front, no prospects yet. I put in a couple applications, but not much for options for an old programmer like me. Still waiting to hear from both internal and external openings. I am not looking to move, but the bad thing is most of the languages that I know are not used locally at least no opening. While I am open to learning another language, most openings are not patient enough to let me to do that on the job. So I hope to add to my portfolio another application that I might open up eventually written in a different language that is more local. Though I need to get these updates pushed out before I can work on that, so I have something for employers to see.
